CyberHub to go dry from Apr 1: SC says 500 metre alcohol ban is applicable to pubs
It's drapes down for 34 cafes and bars in Gurgaon's CyberHub after the Superior Judge on Saturday upheld its Dec 15 purchase, which required that selling of alcohol not be permitted within 500 metres of nationwide and condition roadways.

"Restaurants are being focused unjustifiably on a alcohol vend act. The excise office is uncertain on this stand and dining places are needing to conform. For dining places is the most secure place for an individual to consume and at least more than three and a half lakh workers face the risk of losing tasks and income. CyberHub is experiencing the way and it is truly disastrous for us as a location food hub to lose our alcohol permits," said Arvind Kumar, gm, The Wine Company.
