Interpol declines Red Observe against Lalit Modi

New Delhi: Interpol has given a significant liberation to graft discolored former Native indian Leading Group (IPL) Chair Lalit Modi doubting a Red Observe against him.
"I just got off from a plane from Spain's capital through which I sat absolutely insensitive.
